gurgaon in crime held

Gurgaon, February 18: Police have filed an FIR against three persons for allegedly misappropriating the technical knowhow of an IT form for starting a BPO service in Gurgaon.
The case has been registered following a complaint by Deepak Kapoor of Accenture Private Limited.
Kapoor is also the chaiman of the pr committee of Call Centre Association of India.
“Complainant Deepak Kapoor has said that his firm entered into a deal with another party that wanted to start a BPO service in Gurgaon. He has alleged that after acquiring all technical knowhow from his firm, the other party has started operations on its own, bungled funds and not given any earnings to the him,” said Gurgaon ASP Rakesh Kumar Arya.
Arun Rana and Tarun Rana, along with a third person, have been named in the FIR registered by the Gurgaon Police at Udyog Vihar Police Station. The three have been booked for hacking and breach of confidentiality and privacy under the IT Act,2000, and criminal breach of trust and conspiracy under IPC.
Inspector General of Police (Gurgaon Range) Mohinder Lal said investigations into were on and no arrests have been made so far.
